VORIXEL is an invite-only business network. Membership is granted to verified businesses and may be declined or revoked for misrepresentation, unverifiable credentials, or conduct that harms the network's trust. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business profile.
No spam, scraping, bulk export of member data, harassment, impersonation, or solicitation outside the platform's intended flows. Introductions, referrals and deals recorded on the platform must reflect real business activity.
Membership plans, event fees and success fees are displayed before payment and processed through our payment gateway. Fees are exclusive of GST unless stated. Refunds follow the plan-specific policy shown at purchase; statutory rights are unaffected.
VORIXEL facilitates connections; contracts formed between members are between those members alone. We are not a party to, and accept no liability for, member-to-member transactions. Disputes may be referred to the chapter ethics panel for mediation.

The platform, its software and branding belong to MarshallRidge Consulting Private Limited. Your business data remains yours; you grant us a licence to process it to operate the service, per the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the membership fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
You may close your account at any time; data deletion follows the Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by Indian law, with courts at Mumbai having exclusive jurisdiction.
