Business identity data you provide (name, company, designation, email, phone, GSTIN/CIN, business description), platform activity (introductions, deals you record, messages, event registrations), and technical data (login times, IP address) needed to run and secure the service.
To operate the VORIXEL platform: verify businesses, power the member directory and AI matchmaking, deliver messages and notifications, process payments, and maintain the security and audit trail of the network. We do not sell personal data.
Your consent is recorded at registration with a timestamp. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to privacy@vorixel.com; withdrawal ends processing except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax and payment records).
Your business profile is visible to verified members only — VORIXEL is invite-only and not publicly indexed. Contact details are revealed only through consent-gated actions (introductions you accept). We share data with processors strictly needed to operate the service (cloud hosting, payment gateway, communication providers) under contract.
You have the right to access a summary of your data, correct it, have it erased, nominate a representative, and grieve. Requests are honoured within 30 days: privacy@vorixel.com.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, protected by role-based access control, rate limiting and audit logging. Nightly backups are retained for 14 days. Account data is deleted within 30 days of a verified erasure request.
